By combining questions with empathy and impressions, you can better understand the other person and make the other person feel like they are listening to you. For example, when making a design proposal, instead of asking, ``Which do you think is better, Plan A or Plan B?'', ``Why Plan A?'', or ``What do you like about Plan A?'', instead of asking, ``I think that color is good,'' etc.
